Sushmita Ghimire is a dedicated public health researcher and trainer with a strong passion for improving health outcomes through evidence-based research and capacity building. With extensive experience in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, including systematic reviews, knowledge management, and participatory approaches like photovoice, she has led multiple projects addressing communicable and non-communicable diseases, mental health, child and adolescent health , climate change, social determinant of health and health service research. Her expertise in statistical and qualitative data analysis, along with her commitment to translating research into actionable strategies, drives her mission to create meaningful change in public health. She is eager to contribute her skills to impactful research and training initiatives that bridge knowledge gaps and enhance community resilience.
